Scale of Pay: PB-3 Rs.30,000 – 1,10,000/- with Grade pay of Rs.12700/-

Eligibility Criteria for Power Department Assam Recruitment 2024

Interested Candidates must fulfil some eligibility criteria for eligible to apply like Educational Qualifications and age Limits and Candidates need Some eligible documents.

Educational Qualification:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or its equivalent from a recognized University or Institution.

Age Limit:

The candidates should not be less than 21 years of age and not more than 38 years of age as of 01/01/2024. The Upper age limit is relaxable-

Age Relaxation:

• SC/ST- 5 Years
• OBC/MOBC- 3 Years
• PwBD- 10 Years

Others

• Candidates must be citizens of India.
• The candidates must have a Valid Employment Exchange Certificate.
• Apart from English, the Candidate should have adequate knowledge of at least one official language of the state of Assam (i.e. Assamese/ Bengali/Bodo) except the candidate belonging to Karbi Anglong Autonomous Council and Dima Hasao Autonomous Council.
• Candidates have to submit a declaration regarding “The Small Family Norms” in Form- A at the time of applying for the post.
